#Tour of Famous in Love by @RebeccaASerle #Review & #Giveaway

The romantic story of a girl who gets plucked from obscurity to star in the next major feature film franchise based on a book and the ensuing love triangles she gets entangled in on—-and off screen.

Meet Paige Townsen, Rainer Devon, and Jordan Wilder…

When Paige Townsen, a young unknown, gets cast in the movie adaptation of a blockbuster book series, her life changes practically overnight. Within a month, Paige has traded the quiet streets of her hometown for a crowded movie set on the shores of Maui, and is spending quality time with her co-star Rainer Devon, one of People’s Sexiest Men Alive. But when troubled star Jordan Wilder lands the role of the other point in the movie’s famous love triangle, Paige’s crazy new life gets even crazier.

In this coming-of-age romance inspired by the kind of celeb hookups that get clever nicknames and a million page views, Paige must figure out who she is – and who she wants – while the whole world watches.

My Review 5 stars

This was a great book that I so can't wait to get a finished copy of!  You shouldn't miss it!  Now on to my guest post!

"All opinions are 100% honest and my own."

Locked in Famous in Love

When I first dreamt up the idea for Famous in Love I knew two things. 1) I wanted to explore what it feels like to fall in love on a film set and 2) I wanted Paige, Jordan and Rainer to be acting out characters that were beloved the world over.

Famous in Love is wish fulfillment—for me, for all the years I spent loving Dawson’s Creek or Twilight, knowing those actors were together just like their characters. It’s really about this dialogue, this line between fiction and reality. What’s real? What isn’t? And how does Paige distinguish between herself and August, her relationship with Rainer and his alter-ego, Noah?

In Famous in Love, Paige, Rainer and Jordan are acting in Locked—a giant, bestselling book series by the reclusive Parker Witter. It’s romantic and sexy and it exists. That’s right, I wrote Locked. My brilliant editor, Farrin Jacobs, approached me with the idea when we sold her the book. She wanted me to write the series but she also wanted me to write the series in the series. How it evolved, and what it became, was really a dialogue between the two of us. We knew we wanted it to be romantic, and magical, and a little bit paranormal. We knew we wanted it to be self-aware (hello, love triangle!) but also a good read in and of itself. I hope Parker accomplished that ☺

This project, and all its parts, is something I’m incredibly proud of. Not only was it such a joy to create but it’s also a joy to talk about. I can’t wait to see readers find Famous in Love and then Locked—or the other way around! My only hope is that readers to delight in this world. It’s meant to be fun.
