#SudsySelfie #Influenster #Review of Acai Berry Shampoo from @SoapBoxSoaps

Bring your hair to life with the power of ace berry!  This tiny purple fruit may be small in size, but it is packed with antioxidants, protein, omega-3, 6, and 9, and all the vitamins of the alphabet (well, at least A, B, C, and E.) This is one super shampoo and conditioner system for vibrant, luscious locks.

Well I was so happy to get this in the mail via Influenster's Voxbox.  But I'm sad to say that the happy ended there.  Last night I took the plunge and tried out this shampoo and conditioner and what I found didnt excite me at all.

So I wet my hair and used about a quarter size amount of shampoo and started cleaning.  Well I found out shortly that I was going to have to use a little more.  It took two quarter size amounts to get my hair lathered.  The smell of this shampoo is not very good.  I thought it smelled lightly of beer.

The lather was ok but it didnt work as well as my other shampoo via Hair Food.

Well I left it on for about a minute and then rinsed.  It took me another 2 minutes to get it all out of my hair.  When I finally got it all out my hair felt weighted down and matted.

So then it was on to the conditioner.  This stuff is really thick it felt like I had poured a can of glue on my head.  I ended up rinsing it out of my air asap. And I rewashed my hair with my current shampoo and conditioner.

So for me this shampoo and conditioner are the following.

 Go Into This One Knowing
Smells like beer/alcohol
Constancy is like glue or flour/water
Price: Good only $4.99 a bottle
Animal free etc.

YIKES! This sounds like a bad hair nightmare, huh? (lol) Nothing like having to get what seems like beer smelling glue out of your hair. Thanks for the review, and I absolutely love the way you have your Blog set up. Kudos and Fab Friday to you! www.intheknowwithro.blogspot.com
