This one for lack of a better word was KILLER!!!
I have to say that the first time Lane went after someone I cheered! Now I would have prob. castrated the guy. I mean I'm sorry (I'm really not) you rape multi women you deserve it. That being said. This book is def. for the older teen. It covers some pretty gruesome stuff.
And it was beyond amazing!!!
This would make a killer (pun intended) tv series man!!!!
Ok so the story itself was so good. Things unfold slowly but fast in this 288 page masterpiece!
There is one MAJOR twist at the end I so didn't see it coming! Which if you follow this site, that almost never happens. I can smell a twist from 100 pages away.
But this one was so out of left field that I just didn't see it!
The characters are also wonderful! I mean you have two parents that work for the FBI (how cool is that), then you have the kids. Lane's sister is great and bubbly and kinda a slut (but that works itself out so don't worry) she is the complete opposite of Lane in almost every way. Then you have their brother who is also awesome! He is special needs just in the fact that he is a little slow. And he always brings out Lane's inner goodness. The one thing that Lane and her sister double up on is their love for their brother. Then of course you have Lane the with yes killer instinct lol. She isn't always a great teen role model. (staying out late, stealing meds, and of course being a vigilante. But, hey no ones perfect!)
