Well I have to say that I've fallen in love with the cozy they sent me for this giveaway.

lol.

Ok so this one is a fast paced story with spunk.  This book covers a very sensitive subject of mental disorders.  Audrey is suffering from anxiety disorder after she is bullied at school.
This book and MC goes through so much in this book that it was a great blend.

The story had a light romance and was very funny.
It is a great story about a girl who has to overcome the situations that have been presented to her.

I take a walk or do an art project.

Honestly, I'm not very good with handling anxiety. But when I do have anxiety, I try to walk tv or listen to music to help take my mind off of my worries!

I listen to my favorite song and try to concentrate on the music and lyrics and shut out the world.

on handling anxiety: watch Downton Abbey; plant something; read a book; hug my bestie; drink ice water; work out; wash a load of laundry

Usually when my anxiety kicks in I'm in public. So I'll try to go somewhere by myself to calm down, and I might listen to music. After that I feel fine.

I read to stop myself from thinking about whatever it is that is making me anxious.

I try to exercise to get my blood flowing; it makes me feel better.

Not very well...I try to concentrate on my breathing and imagine I'm lying on the grass on a spring day watching the sky, but when I can't calm down I have to take meds.

I try to give me some better reasons then I try to busy myself, either reading or watching something.
