I know for us we haven't posted a new video to our channel in a little while.  All due to the fact that they no longer allow us to upload via mobile.  So you pretty much have to have a computer.  Over the years the use of youtube has been an issue for both small channels and larger ones.  

So this weeks discussion is do you think instagram will take over for youtube?

Todays discussion is about how do you keep going when everything around you is trying to make you fail? The last few years have been horrible for us and it seems this year is going to be the worse one yet.  We've had to get another car, fix both vehicles, had hours cut, and now we're having issues with the house we live in. It just seems that it's one thing after another.

So romance is never as good in real life as it is in books and we all know why.  Because the best boys are written by women.  So sad that we can't find these boys IRL though.  So how important are these sexy boys and do they set the bar so high that we will never find real love?

This week were talking about one thing that I have experiences via someone that used to be a friend.  She was in her 30's and when Dean from Supernatural went to Hell in I think was seasons 3.  She called off of work for a week because she just couldn't function because he was gone.  This week some woman watching Endgame had to be taken to the hospital because she couldn't stop crying during the movie.  So this weeks question is when is it time to seek help for when your fandoms become too much.

This week we're talking about if authors should write books from cultures not their own.  For me I think if the author does their homework I don't see why the author shouldn't be able to do so.  I mean if you take all those fantasy books out they're authors draw on other cultures for those.  So I don't see why this would be any different.

Hello readers I decided to create a really great list of dystopian novels!  These are ones that I have personally read and loved so you know they won’t do you wrong. 

Is the Summer Reading List Dead?

You know the drill! You get ready to leave school for the summer and your teacher gives you this long list of books to read over the summer. Or maybe you are like my daughter when she was in 5th and 6th grade and the school just gives you a title to complete?  

Or even so if you are getting to the higher grades the summer reading list be it one book or more has died and doesn’t exist.   I was really surprised when we went to grab my daughter’s report card and her summer reading book to find out that there wasn’t one. That has gone on since the summer after 7th grade. 

Does Classic literature still have a place in today's classrooms?

Hello readers I decided to write this post after learning what books my oldest daughter who just started 9th grade would be reading for school and I have to say that I was really surprised. 

Instead of reading some of the most amazing young adult titles out there they will be reading Romeo and Juliet, The Odyssey, To Kill A Mockingbird, and Of Mice and Men.
