My Review:
This one was a take-it-or-leave-it read for me. I liked the magical historical setting and the idea behind Guinevere’s curse, especially with the potion-making and magical STEM elements. The relationship between Guinevere and Braxton had plenty of drama, secrets, and groveling, and there were some fun moments along the way. Overall, though, it landed somewhere in the middle for me. Not a bad read, but not one that really stood out either.
