All payments are considered donations and are used to cover operating costs including (but not limited to) website hosting, software, equipment, promotional tools, internet services, and book purchasing. 

Refund Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable, including in cases of delayed schedules, changes in release dates, or author withdrawal from promotion.

Honest Reviews Policy:
Crossroad Reviews provides honest and unbiased reviews. Payment is for time, labor, and promotional services — not for a positive review. Star ratings and opinions reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience. Reviews will be posted regardless of star rating and will not be removed.

Any paid features or promotional content will be clearly marked as #sponsored in accordance with FTC guidelines.
