#AuthorChat is the perfect opportunity for authors to share insights about their books, their writing process, and more—all while engaging with their fans and winning over new readers!
💫 What to Expect:
- Interactive Live Show: Viewers get to ask questions, win prizes, and interact with their favorite authors.
- 30-Minute Live Sessions: Each episode features one author (unless it's a dual-author book) and runs for 30 minutes. Shows may extend to 60 minutes if there's a high turnout!
- Giveaways and Fun: Authors will have the chance to host giveaways, talk about their books, share their writing journey, and so much more!
How It Works:
💻 The Show is LIVE: Tune in to Instagram Live for an interactive, real-time experience.
🗓️ Pick Your Date & Time: Available Sunday through Saturdays, between 5pm–7pm EST. Need a different time due to your time zone? We’ll make accommodations for you!
📱 Tune In: About 5 minutes before your show, look for the reminder message I’ll send on Instagram. No hassle, just show up and enjoy!
🎧 Headphones Recommended: While not always necessary, using headphones can minimize feedback for a smooth experience.
🌐 Strong Connection: Ensure you have a solid internet connection—keep your phone or device close to your router, and consider having others off your network.
🎉 Relax and Have Fun!: This is a laid-back, fun environment where we make the experience enjoyable for everyone.
What You’ll Get from #AuthorChat:
- A Review of Your Book: We’ll post your review during the week of your live show appearance.
- Social Media Promotion: We’ll spotlight your appearance across our social media to get your book and name out there!
What’s Required?
💰 Payment: Each 30-minute session is just $100. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
📚 Copy of Your Book: Please provide a print copy of the book you’ll discuss on the show.
📲 Sharing the Love: We ask that you share and promote the show on your own social media. The more engagement, the bigger the turnout!
📧 Include in Your Newsletter: If you have a newsletter, be sure to add the show link to get your fans in on the fun!
💬 Engage with Comments: Since the show is recorded, fans may have questions after the live session. We ask that you check the comments for about a month and engage with as many fans as possible.
