#Review of Sweet Evil (The Sweet Trilogy #1) by @Wendy_Hiddins #Published @HarperTeen

Embrace the Forbidden

What if there were teens whose lives literally depended on being bad influences?

This is the reality for sons and daughters of fallen angels.
Tenderhearted Southern girl Anna Whitt was born with the sixth sense to see and feel emotions of other people. She's aware of a struggle within herself, an inexplicable pull toward danger, but it isn't until she turns sixteen and meets the alluring Kaidan Rowe that she discovers her terrifying heritage and her willpower is put to the test. He's the boy your daddy warned you about. If only someone had warned Anna.

Forced to face her destiny, will Anna embrace her halo or her horns?

Ok so these have been laying around on my shelf for some time now.  They are even signed EEP!  I don't really care for angel books these days. But, I really wanted to read them since book three will be out in a few days.  Well I have to say.  I think I might just have to add angel books back onto my list of things to read.  Because, although I didn't really consider this book an OMG YOU HAVE TO READ THIS.  The story was great and the world building was wonderful.  I loved how Anna grew in the story and how she finds herself.  She starts out this scared little girl and along the way she blooms into this warrior.  I can't wait to see where book two and three is going to take me. And just so you know.  These are not preachy at all.

I really liked this book. It was a quick read, and Anna was sweet and strong.
