Jennifer writes and lives in the Kansas City, Missouri area, with her husband and three children.

At the time that I read this book. I had just lost my grandmother. So it really wasn't a great book to read at that time. But through it all I felt her pain. This is one of those books that will make you cry, laugh, and realize what is really important. I have loved Jennifer's books since I seen her post on Lauren Bjorkman's book Miss Fortune Cookie or My Invented Life. I can't remember which one it was on.

Torn Away will tear you away from your world. Unlike most fantasy where the bad guy is something you can fight. Torn away is about a desisting natural unstoppable force. A tornado! Which the only option is to run. This book really isn't one you read it is one you experience right along with the character. It should not be missed!
