Alan Rickman the actor who played iconic brooding Professor Snape died after a short battle with cancer at the age of 69. This saddens everyone who has seen and loved not only the films but the books as well.
He was in many films from Die Hard opposite Bruce Willis
Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
Truly Madly Deeply
Sense and Sensibility
He even won a Golden Globe for best actor in HBO's Rasputin.
But out of all these movies and shows he will always always be remembered in my heart as the Professor who although seemed like a prick really wasnt. He loved Harry and of course Harry's mom. and he will be sadly missed.
