Notes and Opinions: This was a very fun read! I really loved Emerson and Lucas I hadn't read book one but that was ok for the most part since this can be read as a stand alone.  I can't wait to get a copy of that one. I liked that this one has the two main characters allready knowing eachother. It made for a great book with no insta-love.  The characters were great and Derting did a wonderful job with the story and the characters. It flowed so well I couldn't put it down. If you are looking for a great beach read to dive into this summer I would look no further than this one right here.
