#BookReview: What If It's Us by @beckyalbertalli @AdamSilvera with @EndyOtchita

About the Book:

Arthur is only in New York for the summer, but if Broadway has taught him anything, it’s that the universe can deliver a showstopping romance when you least expect it.

Ben thinks the universe needs to mind its business. If the universe had his back, he wouldn’t be on his way to the post office carrying a box of his ex-boyfriend’s things.

But when Arthur and Ben meet-cute at the post office, what exactly does the universe have in store for them?

Maybe nothing. After all, they get separated.

Maybe everything. After all, they get reunited.

But what if they can’t quite nail a first date . . . or a second first date . . . or a third?

What if Arthur tries too hard to make it work . . . and Ben doesn’t try hard enough?

What if life really isn’t like a Broadway play?

But what if it is?

My Review: What if it’s us is an adorable book about two teens who fall in love. It’s also a great related book to the LGBT community. I am a part of the LGBT community and I thought it was relatable in a way. But this book also is full of comedy and love. The pacing is perfect and the story is easy to get into if you like romance. These two dorks meet at a post office and oddly enough they get together at the end. It’s cheesy but also lovable.  It hooked me and it kept me interested which not a lot of books do but this one did.

Do I Recommend this book? Yes, This book would be aged around 13 and up just because some people wouldn’t understand somethings. Although this book should be for everyone since it was completely amazing.

Go Into This One Knowing: LGBT, Romance, Awesome!
