#MovieReview: Pokemon "Detective Pikachu"

Synopsis: Ace detective Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son, Tim, to find out what happened. Aiding in the investigation is Harry's former Pokémon partner, wise-cracking, adorable super-sleuth Detective Pikachu. Finding that they are uniquely equipped to work together, as Tim is the only human who can talk with Pikachu, they join forces to unravel the tangled mystery.

This was one adorable movie!! I will say that the entire mystery around Tim's dad was a little over done since every time you see him in the movie his face is covered.  It didn't take a genius to figure out what was going on.  

But even with that this was a very cute movie that really brought back memories of growing up with Pokemon.  I was never really into the game as a teenager. But I did love the shows and movies and had a ton of toys.  I am so happy this is one fandom that kept going so that I could share it with my own children.  

This was one giant movie that was a fun ride.  I have already heard we were getting another movie and I so can't wait for it.
