My Review: This is book two in the Spellbreaker duology and it picks up right where book one ended. If you haven't read book one yet I highly recommend reading it first so you won't be lost. For me this one had quite a bit more action than the first book which did an amazing job of building the world and characters. I honestly couldn't put this one down once I started it. I was so happy to see Elsie and Bacchus's relationship grow as well as get to know some of the other characters like Ogden better. We really get to see how much they all mean to each other and consider each other family. I felt that the ending to the duology was perfect and everything was wrapped up very nicely. I'm definitely going to go back and read more from this author, I love her writing style and the worlds and characters she creates.
