My Review: This one was a give or take story.  I felt like the characters and stuff were great but the pacing of the story was not up to the rest.  I liked it but I don't think that I would reread it and I am not sure I would continue the series.

From the Publisher

When it comes to romantasy, there is nothing I love more than the intoxicating cocktail of mythological creatures and searing chemistry between love interests. Melissa McTernan writes about characters and their feelings so vividly that they practically leap off the page. I am a huge fan of the fated-mates trope, so romance readers will be pleased to find the classic tropes and steamy scenes they love as well as characters they can root for. Rafe will definitely be your new book boyfriend! Ruby and Rafe are a couple that you want together from page one. Add in the forced-proximity trope and a pinch of grumpy x sunshine and you’ll be begging to find out if your favorite werewolf will seal the bond with his mate.

In a small town in Maine, Ruby has been an outcast since her parents died in a tragic accident. The only person she has in the world is her sister, Lena, and the stranger who watches her walk home every night. She should be scared. She should stop cutting through the woods to get home every night. Instead, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to this stranger and prays for the day that he will reveal himself.

If you’re looking for a paranormal romance with a grumpy but scorchingly sexy werewolf lead and a badass heroine who stands up for herself and her family, look no further than
A Curse of Blood and Wolves. This spicy romantasy will fulfil all your BookTok needs and have you wishing for your very own werewolf mate.
