Synopsis: Eighteen-year-old Princess Sabine Ludwig of Bakley thought her biggest problem was finding a man remotely interesting to dabble with while trying to fill her days with something other than knitting or drinking tea. But when her dear sister is brutally murdered in a foreign kingdom a week before she’s to be married, Sabine suddenly wishes for boring, ordinary days again.

Seeking retribution, Sabine decides to take her sister’s place and marry the mysterious king of Lynk. It’s the only way she can hunt down and find the killer. It’s the only way she can get revenge. My Review: I was so on board with this one to start. But sadly once it really got started it fell apart and failed on all accounts.  You have this beautiful story about a girl who is going to step in when her sister is murdered.  She is head strong, sexy, and goes after what she wants.  But then it gets going and instead of this woman we have been reading turns into a teenager that is scared of her own shadow.  The character development needed worked out a lot better and this woman needed to figure out who she wanted to be.  The world building was the best part of this one.
