My Review: Vampire meets hunger games in this one - which I don't hate, but I did find it very slow going to start. The second half of the book kicked up quite a bit and it's what saved the story for me. I enjoyed the push and pull of her relationship with her father and the other participants in the trials. While I did sense a plot twist coming, I did miss slightly what they ended up being.
