My Review: I really enjoyed this book! It was a light fantasy. I say that because the world was easy to understand, and there were people with powers rather than a magic system. I hope that future books go more in-depth with the power system as it seemed like powers could be anything. The book was more about the personal struggles of Oleander and her Bonds, so there wasn’t much else explained in depth. I hope that changes in the following books. I read this book at lightning speed and was entertained the whole time. I will be reading the rest! I recommend this book to people who enjoy romance forward fantasy books.
