This story was such a beautifully dark and atmospheric journey. The writing felt lyrical without ever being too much, and I loved how it wove together folklore, eerie magic, and deep emotional beats. The world is rich and a little strange—in the best way—and it totally pulled me in. Every twist along the crimson road felt purposeful, and the characters had just the right balance of grit and heart. A super satisfying read that lingers even after the final page.
