Absolutely phenomenal. Every page of this felt intentional, sharp, and layered. The writing was breathtaking — bold and unflinching, with that signature edge that makes Kuang’s work hit so hard. It’s one of those books that sits heavy on your chest in the best way, making you think long after you've closed it. Bold, smart, and emotionally devastating in all the right ways. Total standout.
