This was a gripping romantasy with rich worldbuilding and a strong, determined heroine at its center. The tension between Lyra and Roark was slow burning and intense, making their connection feel earned and meaningful. Magic, danger, and romance blended together in a way that kept me fully engaged. A solid start to the series that left me wanting more.
