My Review:
I started this one because I have multiple books from the series on my shelf, but I only made it about 70 pages in. I checked Goodreads to see if the other books were connected or standalones and ended up spotting a spoiler-filled review. Honestly, I’m so glad I did because it made me realize this book is just too dark for me.
This is a very dark romance, and it’s definitely not for everyone. If you decide to try it, I highly recommend checking online for content warnings first—there are some heavy triggers here.
