I have seen so many posts on Facebook etc about parents trying to get their kids to go to sleep.  This book will help you!!  My 4 year has been having issues with bed time now that were trying to get her ready for school.  And this book helped so much.  With and easy to follow guide this book will drive you in the right direction on your path to get your kids to go to bed.
