This one had some charm to it, but it leaned a little too cozy for my taste. The story had heart and the writing was gentle and thoughtful, but it never fully grabbed me. I kept waiting for a moment that would shake things up or hit hard, but it stayed soft and subtle the whole way through. Not bad at all—just not as memorable as I hoped.
