Speculative Fiction: Southeast #SFSE2015 @sfse2015

Toting an impressive celebrity roster, Dirty Little Bookers credits ‘Indie love’ as their backdrop for the SF:SE inspiration board. Originally an Indie fiction review site, Dirty Little Bookers folded to community request and birthed the idea for the coolest Speculative Fiction party around, a celebrity-centric event focused on the exploration of publishing and networking, and the celebration of entrepreneurial passion.
SF:SE—Speculative Fiction: Southeast—is an event for all lovers and artists of Speculative Fiction, a term encompassing Horror, SciFi, Fantasy, Paranormal and Weird.
Who are they?
The Dirty Little Bookers union was forged in the realm of the ever present go-to for thirty-somethings everywhere: the virtual book club. We quickly read our way into one another’s hearts, and have our beloved books to thank for our wayward ‘book club google chats’, during which we continue to solidify the long-lasting friendship we’d all been looking for, without ever really knowing we needed it.
From there sparked our CALLING ALL INDIES! program, through which we spotlight Small Press and Independent Authors. We witches are familiar with the grueling indie venture–we want to celebrate loudly those artists not represented by a major publishing house, while celebrating even more loudly the traditionally published icons that lend intoxicating inspiration.
Having the eager habit of eavesdropping on community conversation, we quickly learned of the need for a Speculative Fiction blowout, for all lovers of genres including (but never limited to) HORRORSCIFIFANTASYWEIRD, and SUPERNATURAL.
So we pulled our resources, built an advisory board of crazies turned pros, and created SF:SE 2015, the party of parties for our wayward kin.
We can’t wait to meet you. See you in Orlando.

So what authors am I excited to meet?  Check out the board here!
