Dreamworld (Dream Walker #1-2) by Kit Alloway #BookReview #Giveaway

Finding out that she is the True Dream Walker hasn't gone at all the way Joshlyn Weaver would have expected it to. The only special gift she seems to have is an ability to create archways, which really isn't that special. In addition to her inability to connect with the Dream, she has also started having nightmares that are so terrible she can't tell anyone about them. Not even Will.

Just when Josh thought her life couldn't get any more complicated, the lost dream walker princess returns to claim her parents' right to the throne, right as the Lodestone party threatens to take control of the government during the upcoming Accordance Conclave.

With the clock running down, Josh must rely on not only her friends, but also her enemies, to stop the radicals from taking power and controlling the Dream. But how can she expect to save everyone else when she's struggling to pick up the pieces of her own shattered life?

"Dreamfever "will have you on the edge of your seat as Kit Alloway takes you even deeper into the world of the dream walkers, and will leave you begging for more!

Dreamfire (Dreamfire #1) by Kit Alloway

This one was pretty slow and drug pretty bad.  The plot was a pretty good and the ending was pretty satisfying. But for me this is a solid 3 stars.  I wish it would have been a little faster paced. I really loved the idea of Dreamwalkers that go in and help people with their nightmares. The other issue the book had was some major info dumping which bogged the story down even more.  I loved learning about Dream Theory but it would have been better if it would have been split up and given to us in little bits vs the long explanations.

The characters were pretty good but the names were a little hard to get used to. At first I thought the MC was a guy since the name Josh is well a guys name.  But it was just a shortened nick name that was used for the girl.  This goes though-out the book and just made it a little hard to keep track of everyone. Esp. since most of the other names were just like it. There also were a lot of side characters that were pretty much unneeded.  Those made the book even harder to get into.

As a debut this isn't the worst ive read.

Dreamfever (Dreamfire #2) by Kit Alloway

Well unfortunately this one goes head first into the boring inner dialogue as well as random characters tossed in for good measure.  This one was so much slower paced than the first book that I just couldn't finish it.

Addition of another POV, SLOW!
