TMI: Losing Weight

Ok so this week I am starting a life change. I going to be taking this (found below) and will be keeping track of how much I weigh. So for the time being each Tuesday I will update you on my progress. Wow I look bad. Each week I will let you know how much I weigh. Add a new picture. And let you know what I have been eating.

Good luck! I've been using Sparkpeople.com. It's free and has lots of supportive people on the forums. I've lost 33 pounds in less than 6 months. You can do it!
