Cristin Terrill is a young adult author and aspiring grown-up. She grew up semi-nomadic and graduated from Vassar College with a degree in drama. After getting her masters in Shakespeare Studies from the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon, she lived in London, Austin, Boston, and Washington, DC while working as a theatrical stage manager. Now she writes and leads creative writing workshops for DC-area kids and teens. All Our Yesterdays is her first novel.
I am sorry to say that this one I was very disappointed with. I had gotten it from Netgalley and fell in love with the cover and plot. I loved the beginning of the story it was very mysterious and just plan awesome! It kept you intertwined in the story as well as entertained. It made you care about the characters and you wanted them to succeed as well as fail! But, after the book gets to around chapter 25 you find out that nothing is going to be settled in this book. Then you find out that it is book 1 in a series. This book would have been an AMAZING WONDERFUL STORY if it would have been a stand alone. I believe it had enough of a story to finish it out in one book. But trying to stretch it out over a few books just doesn't work. It is going to make the story very slow! I hope that she finishes it out in two books and doesnt try for three.PS if you want to give this one a try it is 40% off at Walmart! Where I purchased a finished copy!
