#Review of Itch (Itch #1) by @simonmayo

Thrills. Danger. And world domination. Itch is as action-packed and suspenseful as a middle-grade novel can get!

Fourteen-year-old Itchingham Lofte, nicknamed Itch, has an unusual passion: collecting specimens of every element in the periodic table. So what if that means he's had a few ... mishaps? But when he gets his hands on a suspiciously warm rock made of a new, previously unknown element, things really begin to explode. Soon, a malevolent teacher, an evil-doing corporation, and a top-secret government agency are all after Itch. Can his science know-how keep him one step ahead of everyone...and help him stay alive?

Cover and jacket flap feature augmented reality animations via a free downloadable Itch app!

My Review-5 Stars

Must Read

So this one I read then started book two and my now 10 year old daughter started.  We ended up both loving this one!  (check back tomorrow for book two)

Itch has such a great group of characters!  And this book starts out with Itch burning off his eye brows.  Which as soon as I read that entire section I laughed so hard.  His little sister is waiting with cup of water and it was just so funny!

This is a fast paced, high thrill ride for all!  Middle School, Teen, and Adults alike will love this high powered read!  This is the type of story that gets our kids to read!  And want to read! So don't let this one slip through your fingers! Go read it!!

Go Into This One Knowing

That if your kids get a whiff of the awesomeness that is Itch you won't get your book back!  So buy two copies if you can!  Also know that this is a fast paced read!  Even though its kinda long you will be done before you know it!
