#Tour Magnolia by @Kristi_Cook #Hosted @TUABFC #Published @simonteen

In Magnolia Branch, Mississippi, the Cafferty and Marsden families are southern royalty. Neighbors since the Civil War, the families have shared vacations, holidays, backyard barbecues, and the overwhelming desire to unite their two clans by marriage. So when a baby boy and girl were born to the families at the same time, the perfect opportunity seemed to have finally arrived.

Jemma Cafferty and Ryder Marsden have no intention of giving in to their parents’ wishes. They’re only seventeen, for goodness’ sake, not to mention that one little problem: They hate each other! Jemma can’t stand Ryder’s nauseating golden-boy persona, and Ryder would like nothing better than to pretend stubborn Jemma doesn’t exist.

But when a violent storm ravages Magnolia Branch, it unearths Jemma’s and Ryder’s true feelings for each other as the two discover that the line between love and hate may be thin enough to risk crossing over.

Biography

As a child, Kristi Cook took her nose out of a book only long enough to take a ballet class (or five) each week. Not much has changed since then, except she's added motherhood to the mix and enjoys penning her own novels as much as reading everybody else's. A transplanted southern gal, Kristi lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters. HAVEN (Simon Pulse, Feb. 2011) is her debut YA novel. Visit her online at www.kristi-cook.com.

My Review 5 Southern Stars Y'all!

Well I'm happy to report that not only did this one rock! The author is also coming on my show #ReadOn Aug. 23!!! YAY!
This one was a cute fast lovely read from the south.  I was so happy to be able to read a book where it is pretty much a reverse Romeo and Juliet story.  Where instead of the kids loving each other off the bet they hate each other and well the families are so together that they do as much as they can together. This book was a perfect sweet contemporary YA romance and had everything you think one should have.  The characters were wonderful and I really need to read this authors others books. (yes I have them yayayaya I know)

Go Into This One Knowing

This one you will want to finish all 380 some odd pages in one setting.  Its that good!!
