Biography

Holly Black is the author of bestselling contemporary fantasy books for kids and teens. Some of her titles include The Spiderwick Chronicles (with Tony DiTerlizzi), The Modern Faerie Tale series, The Good Neighbors graphic novel trilogy (with Ted Naifeh), the Curse Workers series, Doll Bones, and her new dark fantasy novel, The Coldest Girl in Coldtown. So this one I don't really know how to classify it.  It wasn't really like an anthology.  It was more like a collection of little novellas to get you interested in the full story.  This book includes a snip from one of Holly Blacks other books The Coldest Girl in Coldtown.  Which kinda made me really want to read it now!  But other than that it really did feel like I was only getting part of each story.  I would have rather had full stories.
