Paul Galdone (1907–1986) illustrated hundreds of children’s books, including the Basil of Baker Street series and the Anatole books, which received Caldecott Honors. He was posthumously awarded the 1996 Kerlan Award for his contribution to children’s literature.
This is a story and movie I grew up with. Man this is a story my mom grew up with! Its been an integral part of our childhoods and I'm so happy to be able to share it with my daughters. The 5 year old ate this one up!
I so can't wait for them to release more of these.The story is an easy read and had adorable pictures through out.
