5 Sexy Starts for Reliquary (Reliquary #1) by @finesarah #BookReview

Mattie Carver’s engagement party should have marked the start of her own personal fairy tale. But when her fiancĂ©, Ben, is violently abducted the next morning, her desperate quest to find him rips her away from small-town life and reveals a shattering truth: magic is real—and Ben is hooked. It’s not the stuff of storybooks. It’s wildly addictive, capable of producing everything from hellish anguish to sensual ecstasy almost beyond human endurance.
Determined to find out who took Ben and why, Mattie immerses herself in a shadowy underworld and comes face-to-face with the darkly alluring Asa Ward, a rogue magic dealer, infamous hustler…and her missing fiancĂ©’s estranged brother. Asa has the power to sense magic, and he realizes Mattie is a reliquary, someone with the rare ability to carry magic within her own body, undetected. Asa agrees to help find Ben on one condition: Mattie must use her uncommon talent to assist his smuggling operations. Now, from magic-laced Vegas casinos to the netherworld clubs of Bangkok, Mattie is on a rescue mission. With Asa by her side, she’ll face not only the supernatural forces arrayed against her but the all-too-human temptation that she fears she can’t resist.

Ok truth time. I grabbed this book all because of that cover!!! Yes I'm a cover slut! Ive said I have confessed!!! When I realized who the author of this book was I was beyond scared.  I haven't really liked her YA titles at all.  But I was blown away with this New Adult title and man this woman needs to write more of these things!!

Ok disclaimer time.

This title is for older teens like 18!!  This book has sex, and well SEX in like kinky ways.

Now for those who don't like that give this book a chance.  The sex isn't in all of the book really I only remember it in it twice the rest of it is somewhat full of the F-word so be warned.

Other than that its fun for all ages. Well for older ages anyway.

So this one starts out as your normal every day love story.  The girl is getting married she is oblivious to the world around her etc etc.  Then something bad happens and she is whisked away on a magical adventure where she learns more about her self, those she loves, and well the world around her.

And that is pretty true for this book.  But even then its one HELL of a ride!!

I really loved our MC Mattie she was a great character.  She didn't take peoples crap and well when she finds out this major secret her Gramps has been keeping she pretty much just goes with the flow.  She's pretty down to earth and well I think she's an awesome woman.  She is confident in her own body and well we should all strive to be like her.

The other side of the MC coin is Asa Ward.  He is a no nonsense guy who well pretty much just tells the world to F off.  He doesnt give a crap about anyone but his puppy Gracie.  He was pretty hard to like to start out with.  He was that bad boy that we all want that fling with but well we don't want to marry him.  But by the end of the story that all changed.

The magical world was great. I really loved learning about the different kinds of magic and how their world worked.  It was sexy, flirty, and well just down right mind blowing!

If you love magic, sexy guys, people on a mission, etc.  Then pick this one up!! Like NOW!!
