American Asshole by @ThePashaAdam @FriesenPress #BookReview #Giveaway

“Working to live or living to work? How about neither?

“As an office worker with a mediocre middle class existence, I’m giving you the opportunity to give me the opportunity of a better one.

“If you’re asking how this is possible and wondering how you can help, ask and wonder no longer. I come bearing answers. My goal is to crowdfund a million dollars. And all I ask of you is a donation of two dollars or more.

“Donate to me today so I can live the life you wish you were living tomorrow.

"My name is River Conway and I approve this message.”

- River Conway, “Save an A$$hole”

River Conway grew up believing a lie, the lie that you can be anything you want to be as long as you put your mind to it. After losing his twenties to an office cubicle in the middle of nowhere, River reaches breaking point and launches a self-aware crowdfunding campaign asking for one million dollars, embarking on a journey that has him ricocheting between the sublime and the ridiculous.

Pasha Adam is a bastion of modesty and a master of understatement. He is the author of American Asshole and Keep Santa Monica Clean: A Westside Noir.

In this book we follow River Conway as he tries to navigate his way through life and also through the entertainment industry. This novel is witty and well written. River is a character that you will love and love to hate all at the same time. The situations he finds himself in are also very hilarious as well.  This author has a very good grasp on this generation and is able to portray that in his writing.

Book in a Pinch
You will find yourself loving and loving to hate the main character, River Conway, all at the same time. The author really understands this generation and knows how to write to them.
 Go Into This One Knowing
