As for Lucy herself, I really didn't connect with her at all. Was an ok character but I just didn't feel a connection with her as a true voice.
The pacing of this one was slower which was fine. For a book that is just under 300 pages, a slower story is always generally a good thing. This one was ok.
This was short read that really pictures life. It has a few f-bombs so be aware. All in all, it was an ok read.
