#Shelfie: The "Guilty Reader" Tag

  Welcome to this weeks Saturday Shelfie!  We are finally back into our calendar and I am so happy to be doing memes again!  This week we are doing the Guilty Reader Tag!  I hope you have a lot of fun reading this as I did making it!  

#1: Have you ever regifted a book?

No, I never have.  Books that I am given if I don't like them go on my sale pile or are added to a giveaway.

#2: A book you've said that you read but you haven't?

I have a ton of books that I have only gotten halfway through because I have had to stop it to read something else.

#3: Have you ever borrowed a book and not returned it?

Yes, when we moved here to FL back in 07' I accidentally took some books from the library. They were buried in a box that I didn't even go through for three more years. So I didn't even know they were in there. By that time it was too late to just send them back.

#4: Have you ever read a series out of order?

Yes, currently I have only EVER done this with two series. And that was a book about kids and aliens and I didn't know it was a book two. I don't even remember the title. And the other one was Harry Potter I have only ever read book 3. I know I am horrible.

#5: Have you ever spoiled a book for someone else?

No, but I have spoiled a movie for someone by accident.

#6: Have you ever dog-eared a page?

Yes I have done this in the past but now I make sure to have something that will work as a bookmark.

#7: Have you ever told someone that you own a book but you actually don't?

Nope, not unless I am waiting for it to come in the mail or I know that I am getting it.

#8: Have you ever said that you haven't read a book but you have?

No, I haven't done this one.

#9: Have you ever skipped chapters or pages in a book?

No, but I have skimmed pages.

#10: Have you ever bad-mouthed a book?

Yes, I have done this to a few books but for different reasons. 

1. A few have been because of the story's ending. 

2. One has been a book that glorified child porn.
