About the Book:
Petty criminal Zara Cole has a painful past that’s made her stronger than most, which is why she chose life in New Detroit instead moving with her family to Mars. In her eyes, living inside a dome isn’t much better than a prison cell.

Still, when Zara commits a crime that has her running scared, jail might be exactly where she’s headed. Instead Zara is recruited into the Honors, an elite team of humans selected by the Leviathan—a race of sentient alien ships—to explore the outer reaches of the universe as their passengers.

Zara seizes the chance to flee Earth’s dangers, but when she meets Nadim, the alien ship she’s assigned, Zara starts to feel at home for the first time. But nothing could have prepared her for the dark, ominous truths that lurk behind the alluring glitter of starlight.

Noteworthy experiences while reading this book: Girl falls for spaceship yup that reminded me of that other book that came out a little while ago where this guy was a dinosaur. That one didn't work out too much either.

Check out author's other books or related books? Yes, I love Rachal Caine's titles as well as Ann Aguirre.

Recommend this book? Sure if you like people falling for inanimate objects. This one being a
sentient spaceship.

Notes and Opinions: Ok so this one I was hoping was going to be something like another science fiction book out there called Defy the Stars but this one, however, was very weird and I almost DNFed it.  It has a girl who has a mental disorder and she ends up falling for a sentient spaceship. It was just really weird. I am not sure what to really say about it.  I thought it was fairly choppy but orginal but also just weird. If you want something out there and new then check this one out.  The characters were pretty good but this one was just not for me.

Go Into This One Knowing: Space Ship Love, Mental Disorders
