My Review: So many thanks to Head of Zeus for sending us this copy of The Contented Vegan. This book was amazing and I was so glad that I got the chance to read it.  We love baking and eating healthy and this was right up our alley. I will say that even though we are not vegan we used these and added meat to them and it still came out so good.

Peggy Brusseau is a food writer, cook and committed vegan. She has written or co-written 24 books on cooking and nutrition. Originally from Minneapolis, she is now based in London.
