My Review: This is one of the most hilarious books I've read all year!! I couldn't put it down once I started and I hated that it had to end. I've never liked HOA rules so I totally relate to Mallory and her desire to tell the HOA where they can shove the stack of violations she inherited along with Great-aunt Maggie's house. This book has everything to make it a perfect rom-com. The characters are relatable and funny, there's one tragedy after another for our main character, and a enemy to friends to romance between Mallory and Nick that will keep you laughing. I loved that Mallory was able to get her HEA. And I love Mallory's rule for surviving in the Burbs, "There is nothing that YouTube and a glass of wine can't conquer."
