#BookReview: To Be Claimed by Willow Winters ShelbyC. @ververomance @BistroBookBabes

Synopsis: Their authoritative presence is felt before anything else. My heart skips a beat and my blood runs cold. They’re here.

The voluminous cloaks cover their bodies entirely and their faces are mostly concealed by their hoods. Standing with their broad shoulders squared and hands tucked behind their backs, they emanate sheer masculinity and dominance.

His baritone voice whispers, and his breath burns hot against the shell of my ear. His tone is gentle, but there’s no doubt in my mind that his words are a command.

Gather and present yourself. This is the offering ...

My Review:
CONTAINS SPOILERS
Wonder Kiss: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The author advertises this book as werewolf P O R N and to me it was exactly that! I’ll allow the lack of world building and character development for the 7 spicy scenes. I loved the plot twist of Lizzie being a wolf and it added a ton of depth to her character! This was an excellent start to the series!

Gentle Scars: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really wanted to love this book, but I just didn’t. I think adding in the addition of Veronica to the pack was the highlight (and earned this book a whole star) and I loved her and Vince’s spice scenes! But otherwise this did NOT live up to the first one. This one had the world building I wish was in the first one but it was poorly done. I also wish the spice was more evenly spread out throughout the book rather than heavy at the front and end. This one paled in comparison for me.

Primal Lust:  3.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book got me excited for more vampires, and then it just didn’t go the way I wanted it too. This book overall has the least amount of spice which is surprising considering the title. But it didn’t really close the series like. I expected, everything felt left very open ended.

To Be Claimed Overall: 3.5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall, this was a great quick read for some smutty werewolves, especially the first one, I would recommend that for my smut lovers. However, I will say I know there is a 4th one not in this bound book and I wish it was to see how Jude’s story plays out. I wish out of the member of the pack Jude and Lev were more prominent, but hopefully that evens out in future books. Willow Winters is an excellent smut writer, of which for that alone I would give her 5 stars, and look forward to reading more of her books!
