This week Stacking the Shelves post is going to be fairly short.  This past week I injured my shoulder and I am not supposed to be typing at all. But I had to get college work done so that didn't happen.  I can fully say that speech to text SUCKS!!  I was in the ER for almost 4 hours and then finally got some relief. Currently, I am just trying to read as much as I can so I can catch up on what I have missed via books.  So far it has been going pretty well. 

This week I have done: 
DNFed 5 Books  1-  4-star review 
And that is pretty much it.  I hope to get even more done by the end of today.

I was so excited to meet Sherrilyn Kenyon! It was so much fun and I die hard love that woman, although I bet she doesn't love me as much after signing all of this stuff. Plus my book, shirt, and the newest release.  I waited until the very end of the event which was 6 full hours! By the time I took my turn my head was pounding and the kids were more than ready to leave.  It was a wonderful event!  You can prob see in that last photo that my eyes are pretty glazed over. From kids to blogging, to just getting things like laundry and dinner taken care of.  And we wont even talk about this book I am writing.  With all of this going on it can be very hard to get your social media accounts going.  Getting burned out is no joke (I speak from personal experience on that one) and it can be a nasty thing to deal with.  So here are some tips that I have found and used over the years.

Shelifies: Its all about the Rainbows!

This week were talking about rainbows!  Although I really love the look of the rainbow bookshelf. I just can't bring myself to do it. At least not in full. At one time I had my TBR shelf as a rainbow but as my TBR grew it became a hassle to keep up with it. And covers these days tend to be many colors vs. just one or two. So trying to put certain books into the right place was horrible.  So here is one rainbow shelfie I found on Pinterest. Its so pretty!!!! It was saved by Cozy Reads.

There are so many ways you can shelve your books. From ABC order by author's last name to Genere, to even Rainbows! This picture was submitted to our email by Janet. And we have to say we love it.  For me personally, all my books are set up via Oversized books, ARCs, Anthologies (or books with more than one author), then everything else. All in ABC order by author's last name.
