Danger and betrayal, love and loss, secrets and enchantment are woven together in the breathtaking finale to the #1 New York Times bestselling Infernal Devices Trilogy, prequel to the internationally bestselling Mortal Instruments series.

THE INFERNAL DEVICES WILL NEVER STOP COMING

A net of shadows begins to tighten around the Shadowhunters of the London Institute. Mortmain plans to use his Infernal Devices, an army of pitiless automatons, to destroy the Shadowhunters. He needs only one last item to complete his plan: he needs Tessa Gray.

Charlotte Branwell, head of the London Institute, is desperate to find Mortmain before he strikes. But when Mortmain abducts Tessa, the boys who lay equal claim to her heart, Jem and Will, will do anything to save her. For though Tessa and Jem are now engaged, Will is as much in love with her as ever.

As those who love Tessa rally to rescue her from Mortmain’s clutches, Tessa realizes that the only person who can save her is herself. But can a single girl, even one who can command the power of angels, face down an entire army?

Danger and betrayal, secrets and enchantment, and the tangled threads of love and loss intertwine as the Shadowhunters are pushed to the very brink of destruction in the breathtaking conclusion to the Infernal Devices trilogy.

So this one kinda was kinda wasnt my fav.  Out of these three books I would have to say that the ending of this one was my fav. But the whole story of book two was my full fav.  In this one we find out a bunch of stuff and I am kinda ticked off that we don't know more about Will, Tessa, and Jem at the end of this one.

Ok hoping that I moved this down far enough to post this. So of course at the end of this one its now 2008 and Tessa is sitting on the bridge waring for Jem and their yearly meeting.  Will has died of old age and they have both children and grand children and prob by this time great great gran children i.e.  of course Jace!! I so do not remember if we know about this in the TMI books as I havent read them in some time (those are next) and ive only read the first three books.  So I'm really hoping that they pop up somewhere.

Well anyway of course she is going through all her memories and then comes Jem walking up to her looking just the same (different but of course the same) as he did before he joined the Silent Brothers and had to take that nasty drug to keep him alive.

So now they are together for however long Jem lives and I am so happy.  But if they arent in the other books its going to make me so sad!  I want to know more of what happened and is happening to them!  They need a book now to!

I mean it must be so weird poor Tessa loosing your husband then still meeting your friend and other love.  Then finding out that he is now cured and you can be with him now to. But of course only having what maybe 90 years with him just to loose another first love all over again.  I have to say that If I would have been Will or even Jem I think I would have done the deed and had some kids then turned vampire.

So what would you have done?  Would  you have grown old and died or changed?

Her losing her first love then regaining another.  This is one of the best love triangles ive ever read!  And it just ripped my heart out of my chest!

Just to give it back to me in the form of Jem!

Cassandra I named my second daughter after you and your evil evil evil but I love you anyway LOL

 Go Into This One Knowing
Rips your heart out and stomps on it just to re inflate it!!
